The panel consisted of four professionals from different backgrounds: Matthias De Roover, an amateur football player, KBVB/URBSFA ambassador, and Mister Gay Belgium 2019; Di Cunningham, the founder of Proud Canaries, co-founder of Three Lions Pride, and a director on the board of the Norfolk County F.A.; Sarah Gregorius, a former player who won a hundred caps for New Zealand, and is currently a policy & strategy officer at FIFPro; and Claudia Krobitzsch, the Diversity Manager at the Deutscher Fußball-Bund (DFB).

OUT! is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and supported by UEFA, QFF, and FIFPro.
